Shipping (for destinations within the European Union)

We use express courier services; the shipping timeframe is stated in the product description at checkout. We might use different couriers with different delivery timeframes, based on which solution is more convenient and efficient at the time of shipment. We always ensure we use the fastest delivery service available. We ship within 1-2 working days from when we receive your order. When the parcel containing your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number for your parcel and further information about the delivery time. If the item you ordered is not available to ship yet (e.g., quarterly subscription box), you will receive an email with information about the shipment from us. Every box is sent by express courier with tracking. Delivery is included in the price to all our markets.

Duties and taxes

Orders to the Netherlands, Germany, the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia and New Zealand are sent duties paid. Our price includes every import duty, tax and customs clearance fee. There is nothing to pay on arrival. Canadian customers may choose at checkout. Prepaid duties and taxes means nothing to pay on arrival and no customs delay. Standard delivery means Canadian duties and taxes are payable to the carrier on delivery; the estimated amount is shown with that option. Orders to all other countries are sent duties unpaid. Import duties, local taxes and any customs handling fee are set by the destination country and payable by the recipient before delivery. We are not able to calculate these in advance: your local customs office can, and we are glad to look it up for you before you order.

If a parcel is refused
