1. What is this offer about?
We help you create your own luxurious skincare box, fully personalised with your branding and content. You’ll offer a premium product to your audience without needing to handle sourcing, packaging, or logistics. Think of it as a white-label luxury experience—powered by Laguna Box, branded by you.
2. What is the demo/sample box?
The demo box is a sample of our Winter Holiday skincare edition, personalised with your name or logo. It allows you to:
– Test the product quality
– See the packaging and presentation
– Review the kind of content we can include for you
- Take pictures with the box with your own branding and create content for your social media and start launching the winter sales
3. What’s included in the demo box?
– 4–6 full-size Italian skincare products (the same products that will be in the winter holiday box)
– Your logo or name on the box lid
– A custom printed brochure (3 copies) with your branding, logo, images, or story
– High-end packaging to match the final product your audience would receive
4. Is there a minimum order to get started?
No, there is no minimum. The demo box is a one-time sample, no commitment required. It’s designed to help you evaluate the opportunity before taking the next step.
5. Can I customise the final product after the sample?
Yes. When you're ready to launch:
– The brochure can be redesigned and updated
– The box colour can be customised (subject to availability)
– Your logo can be printed directly onto the box lid using hot foil stamping (metallic options available)
6. What happens after I receive the sample and want to move forward?
If you decide to launch your own box, we will:
- Finalise your product content and branding
- Define how many boxes you’d like to sell (we manage inventory and fulfillment)
- Create a dedicated product page with your branding and unique referral link
- Set up your commission and track sales
7. How do I sell the box to my audience?
We provide you with:
– A unique referral link to share with your audience on social media, email, or your website
- Orders are placed through our platform. You don’t need to handle payments, shipping, or support.
8. Do I earn a commission for each box sold?
Yes! You earn about 30€ commission per box sold through your referral link (based on a sale price of about 150€, price might vary with quantity). You can track your sales and earnings via your personal dashboard.
9. Can I offer my followers a discount?
Yes. We can set up a discount code (for example: 10€ off the first 10 boxes). It’s a great way to incentivise early sales.
10. What if I want to buy boxes myself and sell or distribute them directly?
Yes, you can order in bulk and we will ship all boxes to one address.
11. What if I don't reach the amount of sales we agreed on? Will there be leftover products and fees to pay?
If you don't reach the minimum number of sales we agreed on for the pre-sale, the project is cancelled and we don't produce the boxes, so there are no costs.
12. I don’t have a logo or professional branding—can I still join?
Absolutely. We can simply write your name in a beautiful font on the box lid, and the brochure content is optional. We’ll help make it look clean and elegant.
13. I have a very specific audience. Can the product selection be curated by me?
Yes. For larger projects (+100 boxes), we can help you curate a personalised selection that perfectly fits your niche, with a fully bespoke option. In that case the packaging can also be fully personalised, and different fees apply. Just let us know your goals.
14. Can I use the box for gifting, giving to my customers directly instead of selling?
Yes! Many creators and brands use these boxes for VIP gifts for customers, or at events and retreats. We can ship them in bulk directly to you.

🎨 Customisation for the final box:
The final box you’ll offer to your audience can be fully tailored to your brand. The brochure design can be updated or changed with each batch. Box colour can be customised (subject to availability), and for a more elevated presentation, your logo can be hot-stamped directly onto the box lid. This requires a custom metal die (easily arranged through us), allowing printing in any colour—including metallic foils like gold, silver, copper.. for a truly premium, lasting impression.
